  • All members receive first access to preferred time slots for their sessions each month. Members also enjoy priority when rescheduling, subject to availability.

  • Please note, all unused sessions are non-refundable, and no partial refunds are provided for missed appointments. This ensures fair access and consistent scheduling for all members.

  • Our memberships are designed for convenience and flexibility. Choose biweekly payments or a full monthly payment—whichever works best for your schedule and budget. All payments are automatically processed, ensuring your sessions are reserved and your pricing remains locked in. No extra steps, no hassle, just consistent, luxurious self-care.

  • Members may miss up to one month of appointments while maintaining their locked-in pricing through June 26. If more than one month of sessions is missed, discounted membership rates will no longer apply and standard service pricing will be reinstated. This ensures fairness while honoring your commitment to self-care.
